2. Indicating the Use of Generative AI Programs for Your Content

When you upload new content, please ensure that you label it with the "AI" tag. The addition of the "AI" tag to Your Content will not be performed by Porn3DX; it is entirely your responsibility to comply with the tagging guideline for your content.

Under this Agreement, Your Content is deemed to be created using Generative AI Programs if a significant portion of it is generated with Generative AI Programs, such as characters, backgrounds, or other substantial elements. Your Content is not considered to be created using Generative AI Programs merely for using features that exclusively operate on Your Content (e.g., content-aware fill) or those that do not introduce substantial Generative AI elements into your work (e.g., AI-based image upscaling).
