Here at PORN3DX we respect the Intellectual property right of others. Therefore, in light of the foregoing, we have designed this copyright policy with respect to the use of the service we provide on our website.

WHAT WOULD AMOUNT TO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT?

Copyright infringement is the use or production of copyright-protected material without the permission of the copyright holder. THE ACTIONS WE TAKE FOR COPYRIGHTS INFRINGEMENT

We frown against Copyright infringement. We are legally obliged by extant laws to take actions when notified of copyright infringements. Therefore, when we have been notified of copyrights infringement on the site, we can do any of the following; Immediately delete any submission that infringes upon the copyright policy of another creative artist. If we find a User repeatedly infringing upon the copyrights of another, such account will be suspended and serious offenders would have their account banned and deactivated.
